Late of Pittsworth, passed away on 4th June 2023, aged 24 years.
Cherished Son of Scott and Donna. Loved Father of Elijah. Loved Brother and Brother-in-law of Madelyn and Ben. Uncle of Ardie. Best mate of Sam and friend to many.
Relatives and friends are warmly invited to attend Jacob's funeral, to be held at the Garden Chapel, located within the Garden of Remembrance Cemetery, 1001 Ruthven Street, Toowoomba South. Service commencing at 10.00am Friday, 16th June 2023.
