Late of Wesbrook, passed away on 22nd September 2022, aged 52 years.
Beloved Husband of Maree. Dearly loved Father of Liam and Kartia. Loving Opa of Willow. Loved Son of Matthew and Bernadette Chin. Loved Brother of Ben, Patrina, Gaylene, Joshua and Brother-in-law and Uncle of his extended family.
Relatives and friends are warmly invited to attend Dwayne's funeral, to be held at the Garden Chapel, located within the Garden of Remembrance Cemetery, 1001 Ruthven Street (south) Toowoomba. Service commences at 1.00pm Wednesday 5th October 2022, followed by interment at the Drayton and Toowoomba Cemetery, South Street - North East corner of the cemetery adjacent to Anzac Avenue.
