Late of Crows Nest. Passed away on 10th December 2019, aged 77 years.
Beloved Husband of Janet. Dearly loved Father of Donna and Andrew. Loving Grandfather of Jasmine, Nathan, Amy, Rebecca and Adam.
Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend Phillip's graveside service to be held at Crows Nest Cemetery, Emu Creek Road, Crows Nest, service commencing at 10.00am on Thursday 19th December 2019.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Toowoomba Hospice or Toowoomba Hospital Foundation, gift envelopes available at the service.
