Late of Millmerran, passed away on 21st September 2022, aged 93 years.
Beloved Wife of Les (dec'd). Dearly loved Mother of Barney, Joe, Johnny, Lancey, Lynda, Lesley, Carol (dec'd), Pedro, Judy, Noel, and Greg. Much loved Mother-in-law, Grandmother, Great Grandmother, Great Great Grandmother of their families. Loved Sister, Sister-in-law and Aunt of her extended family.
Relatives and friends are warmly invited to attend Hazel's funeral, to be held at the Millmerran Cultural Centre, Walpole Street Millmerran. Service commencing at 11.00am, Thursday 6th October 2022 followed by interment at the Millmerran Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Cancer Council of Queensland, gift envelopes available at the service.
